To Share a Publicly Linked Assurance Register or Form with External Users, Clients or Internal Staff
1. Navigate to your Assurance site
2. Click the Gear in the top menu
3. Select Registers & Forms Templates.
4. Locate the Form you wish to access the public link for (e.g. Incident Form or Provider Due Diligence).
5. Select the Name of the form.
6. Select the Public Link tab.
7. Select Go to Link to open the Public Link in a new tab or select Copy to copy the Public Link to your clipboard.
You will now be able to paste this link and share it as you wish, whether that be via email or instant messenger.
