To streamline the onboarding and contextualisation of your sites, Ideagen CompliSpace has an Onboarding Module that houses all of your site’s context keys in one place.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to edit a context key via the Onboarding Module.
Important note: Please visit the module itself prior to following the below steps and check if you are able to edit the context keys from within the module itself. If the option to edit context keys within the module is possible, it is best that you do this instead of following the below instructions. For step-by-step instructions on how to do this please visit this guide.
To Edit a Context Key via the Onboarding Module
1. Click the Eye icon in the top right of your screen
2. Select Welcome to CompliSpace in the left-hand menu
3. Select Site and Content Contextualisation
4. Select the module that you would like to contextualise. In this example we have selected the Complaints Handling module.
5. Select Context Questions in the left-hand menu

Please note: If you are a parent site administrator at this stage you will have the option to apply this change to the site you are in or the site you are in and all child sites.
8. Click Update
You may also wish to see where this context key appears, to do so, click the linked pages that appear in the Location in Content column. In the example below our context key appears in the Executive Summary page.
