The manual notification function allows you to filter and send email notifications from within the
system to your users. You can select one user, all users, or a filtered list of users to send a
notification to.
How to Send a Manual Notification
- Set up a filter in your Enrolments or Users list to show the staff members to whom you would like to send a notification.
*To provide an audit trail, we recommend always including yourself in the list. - Select everyone in your report by checking the box on the left-hand side in the
header. Alternatively, check the box to the left of an individual to select them - On the new toolbar that appears above the table click the three-dot button
- Click Send notification
- Complete either or both the in-app notification and email notification:
To create an Email Notification:
- Type in an email subject
- Type in your email message
- Use the tokens to personalise your text (see table on next page)
- Click Send
Note: An in-app notification sends a pop-up message to selected users in the system.
