How to Access the Public Link of Your Assurance Form
1. Navigate to your Assurance site
2. Click the Gear in the top menu
3. Select Registers & Forms Templates.
4. Locate the Form you wish to access the public link for (e.g. Incident Form or Provider Due Diligence).
5. Select the Name of the form
6. Select the Public Link tab.
7. Select Go to Link to open the Public Link in a new tab or select Copy to copy the Public Link to your clipboard.
How to Link an Assurance Form to Your PolicyConnect Site
1. Follow the instructions above for How to Access the Public Link of Your Assurance Form
2. Navigate to your PolicyConnect site.
3. Click the Eye icon in the top right to enter administrator view
4. Select the Pencil next to the Quick Links section you want to add the link to.
5. Click the Plus Button within the section
6. Give the Quick Link a title in the space provided e.g. Asbestos Location Register
7. Click Select beneath the Choose Icon option
8. Select an icon from the choices provided
9. Paste the link address that you copied in the previous steps
7. Click Save
8. Click the Save icon in the top right of the section
