Multi-step Approval

On the 'New Proposal' screen, you have the ability to add many approvers in one step. This means approval from one person is enough for the proposal to progress and any of the people added in this step can be the one to approve.

• The proposal will progress once one person approves in each stage (pre-approval and final approval)
• All approvers will be notified that there is an excursion proposal to approve at every stage 

Or you can choose additional approvers as part of a multi-step process where the first approver has to approve before the approval is passed onto a second approver/s in a second step. Contact your Account Manager to have this switched on. 

• The proposal cannot progress until one approver has approved at both stages
• To set this up, the green 'Add Approval Step' button will be highlighted to select, once you have added someone in as an approver in the first step
• You can remove the approver by selecting the red 'Remove Approver' button
