The Risk Categories section allows you to select the Transport, Venues, Food and Beverage, Activities and Accommodation risks applicable to the Excursion.
You do not need to select a risk under each category, if it is not applicable.
You can select multiple options under each category. For example, if two modes of Transport will be used (i.e. School-Owned Transit Bus and Walking), you may add both.
To add a new category, select the 'Add Transport Type' drop-down (or add Venue etc. depending on the risk category).
Proceed to completing the checklist/s. The SafeTripBuilder risk manifest is available for download via the blue link that says 'here'. These are the risk categories CompliSpace has developed with a checklist and supporting policy.
You can log a request for a new supported risk category, by following the feedback process.
You are also able to select the Providers that will be used to conduct the Excursion for each category.
Click ‘Update Providers’ to ensure the most up to date Provider information is available.
The available Providers which can then be selected under 'Add Approved Providers' will be the approved Providers in your Assurance site. This is not a mandatory step.
You can now also add detail in the text box of 'People or Providers Responsible' for each Risk Category, or any providers not included in the Approved Provider field.
Please ensure you select all applicable information to ensure your Risk Assessment is built to reflect the Excursion.
Once the Risk Categories section is complete, you will be able to export checklists and policies.
To do this, click ‘Export Checklists/Policies'. A pop-up window will appear. Tick the checkboxes for each Policy and Checklist you wish to export.
Then click ‘Export.’ The selected policies and checklists will download as a PDF.
