Now you have your a section set up, you may begin to add Quick Links. Quick Links are links to resources your staff regularly need to access. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add Quick Links to a section.
To Add Quick Links to a Section
1. Click the Eye icon to enter administrator view
2. Click the Pencil in the section you would like to add a Quick Link to
3. Click the Plus button that appears within the section
- Quick Link Title - Enter the text that you would like to display as the title of your new Quick Link.
- Choose an Icon - Select the icon you wish your Quick Link to display from the built-in list.
- Link Address - Enter a URL you would like to your Quick Link to redirect users to, or
- Choose a File - Upload the file you would like to redirect users to. You also have the option to drag and drop your document onto the ‘Choose file' button.
3. Click the Save button and your Quick Link should now appear for all users to view and use.
To confirm this, click the Eye icon to revert to Client User view and check that your new Quick Link is being displayed.
Now would be a good time to consider what kind of Quick Links you may want to add to your PolicyConnect. What resources will make life easier for you and your staff? Which policies and forms will they be accessing regularly?
