How to Export a Policy Page

You can easily export a page to print or share with your community. This can be done directly from a policy page export. A common use for this is exporting your Privacy and Complaints Handling policies. 

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to export a policy page from a module.

To Export a Policy Page 

1. Navigate to the policy page you wish to export

2.  Click the Download button in the top right of the page

3.  Your browser will open the exported page in a new window from which you can use your browser's print functionality to print the page. A common keyboard shortcut used to access your browser's print function is Ctrl + P on Windows or ⌘ + P on a Mac. Guides with additional information on printing pages are available online for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Note: To save your page as a PDF file, you can select “Save as PDF” rather than selecting your printer.
