When you first log into PlanCheckGo you will be taken to an Excursion Table which will contain all excursions that you have access to in your school.
Everyone with a login will see the following tabs:
"Home” –where excursion planning is in progress. You can search all excursions using filters. View the excursions across your school or sub-school that teachers have created, as well as your own. You will not see Completed excursions here - they will be under 'Archived'. You will see Declined excursions here only if you search for them, as the default status = "Active".
“Drafts” – view any excursion proposals you have created that have been saved for later. They have not been submitted. The status will be "Draft".
“Proposals” – view any proposed excursions you have created which have been submitted and are waiting on pre-approval. The status will be "Proposed".
“Current excursions” – view any excursions you have created that have been given “pre-approval”, are waiting on final approval (status = "submitted") or have been given 'final approval' (status = "pre-departure"). This means you have been granted access to your excursion space for each excursion.
"Received excursions" - these excursions are waiting on final approval. The status = "submitted".
"Regular excursions" - these excursions are in the status of "pre-departure". The excursion may be underway or almost underway. The excursion has been completely approved but it is not completed.
“Archived” – view any excursion you have created that has either been: completed, cancelled or declined.
"Excursion Templates" - these excursions have been created into a template so they can be used repeatedly with the same basic information, but any specific details for the particular excursion entered (e.g. a new risk assessment, will need to be completed). See here for more information.
