Content administrators can control what content is visible to their staff in the Explore menu ready for assignment or for learners to self-assign. Some clients prefer for content to only be visible to staff if it has been assigned to them. Others prefer to make all (or some) content visible to staff at all times. Both cases can be catered for in your CompliLearn staff learning system.
Please Note: Content must be set to visible to assign to users. Once assigned, the visibility can be turned off. The content will remain visible to all users who have been assigned, but not other users.
The instructions for setting visibility depend on whether the content is shared into your portal (e.g. CompliSpace policy training or CompliLearn content) or is locally created content (content created in your portal).
The following guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to share Ideagen CompliSpace learning content to your CompliLearn portal.
Set the Visibility of Ideagen CompliSpace Shared Content
1. Click your user icon/initials (top right corner)
2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu
3. Select Portal Content Selection in the left-hand menu
4. In the section labelled Shared with example.mygo1.com
a) Select All Shared to make all Ideagen CompliSpace content visible, or:
b) Select Custom Selection to individually select which Ideagen CompliSpace content you would like to make visible.
5. If you have selected the Custom Selection option, click the Select Content button.
6. To make a module visible, click on its plus icon OR to remove a module, click on its tick icon.
