Turn on your notifications
- Click 'Settings' via the drop down under your name (initials) in the top right-hand
side of the page. - On the left-hand side of the next page click on the Notifications tab.
- Upon clicking on the notifications page - you will have the ability to turn notifications On
or Off for your portal.
White-listing
The system sends notifications from noreply@mygo1.com Please request that your IT
department "white-list" this email address to ensure system notifications are not blocked.
Individual users may need to white-list the address to ensure notifications do not get sent
to their junk or spam email folders.
Welcome email
When a User is created in the portal, they will automatically receive a Welcome Email from
the system (if turned on). If the 'Welcome Email' setting (Learner is added to the portal) is turned on, it can be unselected for individuals on creation.
Note: If the Welcome Email is turned off in notifications, select the notification checkbox for individuals on creation (user editing option) or send welcome email from the list of options under the three dots, when you check the box next to the user.
