2. Click the Users button
3. Select the Name of the User you wish to set up a temporary replacement for

- Most items can be done through the Relieving Managers login by clicking on the Status button and completing the task that appears in a pop-up window. However, some items (Checklist, Checklist Review and Risk Review) will need to be done logged in as the User on leave.
- You can log in as the User on leave at any time by clicking on the Airplane Icon in the top-right of the screen.
- To return to your profile from the other User, click on your avatar in the top right (these are usually your initials) and select Return to <your name>.
- The user on leave can still login to Assurance and action any of their responsibilities. However, they will not receive any notification emails during their leave period.
