A User Profile consists of multiple Access Roles which can be granted to a Full User. The Full User will have all the Access Roles in the User Profile. When the User Profile is updated, the Access Right changes flow through to all the Full Users with that User Profile.
The allocation of the User Profile to a User can then be assigned in two ways.

Note: If a Full User is granted a User Profile, then they cannot be added to any other Access Roles or another User Profile separately.
Adding the User Profile to a User
- From the Administration section, select on Users.
- Select the User you want to update.
- Select on the Rights tab and select Add User Profile. Choose the relevant User Profile.
Note: If the User already has some Access Roles, you will not be able to add a User Profile until the Access Roles are removed. - Select Add
Adding the User to a User Profile
- From the Administration section, select on Access Rights.
- Select User Profiles. The current list of User Profiles will be listed. Choose the relevant User Profile.
- On the Users tab, select +Add Users. Choose the relevant User.
Note: If a User already has Access Roles applied, you will receive a warning message when adding a User Profile - Select Add.
Removing a User Profile
A User can be removed by selecting on the Ellipsis to the right of the screen and selecting Remove User.
