Assurance enables users to share and distribute their reports to other users. These are called Enterprise Subscriptions. The pre-requisite for an Enterprise Subscription is that the custom report has to be shared to the people who are being subscribed to it.
Assurance will email the user a PDF or Spreadsheet of the report at the subscribed frequency.
- Click on the Reports tab.
- Select a 'Custom Report' in the middle column.
- Within the report under Enterprise Subscription (which is only visible if the report has been shared), click 'Click to Subscribe to this report'.
Choose the report frequency, users and format.
- Click the blue tick.
Your report will be sent to everyone in your chosen format via email.
Click on the subscription to edit, or click 'Unsubscribe All' to stop/remove the subscription.
Note: Report Subscriptions can only be created on custom reports.
Contact the Report Owner if you need to be removed from an Enterprise Subscription.
