These are a number of data import rules that apply to importing Checklist questions that you should be aware of:

This field allows users to hide the Evidence and Comments fields on a per question basis. If this has already been turned off for the whole checklist, the field must remain blank. |

Scale 0 to |
Only for Scale based questions, the end point of the scale (eg; type in 5 for a scale of 0 – 5). |

Scale Step |
A value of 1 in a scale of 0 = 5 will mean the user can select 0,1,2,3,4,5 as permissible answers. If the value is set as 5, then only 0 to 5 can be selected. |

Scale Default Response |
If no response is selected, what should be the default selection. The Scale Start will mean 0, the end will be maximum value. |
