This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to set up a public link within a Register or Form Template in Assurance.
To Enable the Public Link Function on a Specific Register or Form Template
1. Click the Gear in the top menu
2. Click the Organisation tile
3. Click Edit
4. Tick the checkboxes next to the following options as required:
"Allow Public Links to create new Registers & Forms"
"Allow Public Links to download Documents"
5. Click the button at the bottom of the screen
7. Click the Gear in the top menu
8. Select Registers & Forms Templates
9. Select the name of your template.
10. Click the Public Link tab
11. Select Activate
12. You have the option to deactivate this link at any point. Simply follow steps 1-10 and select Deactivate.
