Export Excursion

• You can export a draft, proposal (but not once approved) or completed excursion into a PDF format 
• Click the Share/Export Excursion button on the left hand side

If exporting a completed excursion, you will have the option to select any pages from the full proposal (not the risk assessment) by ticking the boxes and selecting 'Export'. Or click the 'Select All' button and then 'Export' to retrieve the full proposal in PDF.
