Copy an Excursion

• The copy excursion feature is available at any point in the excursion creation process. 
• You will be presented with a Copy Excursion action under the 'Status' on the left hand side
• Click this button and you will be asked to enter a new name of the excursion
• Enter the name, then click continue
• You can tick the box to include the SafeTripBuilder risk assessment in the copied excursion, but you will need to re-do the checklists and risk assessment. 
• Note: When you copy the excursion, it will remove excursion specific settings, but will keep the basic information such as who, what, where and why 
• Once you copy the excursion, you can continue to edit the new version, or your proposal is also now available in the "Home" or "Drafts" section of your home page. You will become the new person responsible of the excursion.
• Once copied, the excursion will start from the beginning but will be pre-populated. Select 'save changes' to progress
