Should an incident occur on the excursion, it is important that you complete an incident report directly through PlanCheckGo. This can be linked to your Assurance site (if you are subscribed to Assurance).
To do this, please click on “Incident Reporting” in the left-hand navigation on your Excursion Space.
Click on the 'click here' button, complete and upload the form to this section for record keeping (if you use Assurance, a PDF will be automatically available once you submit the form). A record will be kept in your Assurance site as well, so your school may decide a copy in Assurance is satisfactory.
A copy of this form will automatically be sent to selected delegates of your school for action.
