To submit your excursion for final approval, all you need to do is click the “Submit for Approval” button on the left-hand navigation.
Once submitted, your Approver will review your excursion space, and depending on what has been completed and submitted, they will update your excursion as:
- Approved - you can now officially go on your excursion!
- Declined - you cannot go on your excursion and the process ends here.
- Action required - your Approver requires you to provide further information or edit information and cannot give final approval until this is changed. They can write a message to you in the space provided when they select 'action required'.
