How to Edit a Context Key via the Context Key Library
1. Click the eye to enter Administrator View.
2. Click the Gear to go to Settings.
3. Locate the context key you wish to edit.
Tip: To help you locate a context key, you may also narrow down the list by using the search function, in the example image below the search function has been used to find Asbestos context keys.
4. Click the pencil button in the row of the context key you wish to edit.
This will reveal either:
a) A screen with the below options:
On the above screen you can:
1) Click the downward facing arrow and select yes or no depending on if you want to switch this context key (or is it variable) on or off.
2) Select or deselect the Group Lock box
3) Select either Apply change to this site only or Apply change to this site and all child sites.
Remember to click Save once you have made your changes.
or
b) A screen with a text box and the below options:
On the above screen you can:
1) Add information within the textbox. There is no character limit for context key fields.
Important note: Never put a context key within the textbox shown above, this can break the page.
2) Select or deselect the Group Lock box
3) Select either Apply change to this site only or Apply change to this site and all child sites.
Remember to click Save once you have made your changes.
