PolicyConnect allows Administrators to edit Context Key values directly from the content itself. As an administrator (in administrator view), you will be able to see the yellow and grey highlighted text within the content.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to edit context keys directly from the content. It is divided into three sections:

How to Edit Context Keys Directly from the Content
1. Click the Eye icon to enter into administrator view.
2. Click the name of the module that you would like to contextualise.
3. Click the page within the module that you would like to contextualise
Context keys will appear as highlighted text, see the example below:
5. Click the context key that you would like to update. In this example we have selected Insert Location
6. Type the text that you would like to appear in place of this context key in the space provided. There is no character limit for context key fields. We have used the front office in the example below:
Important note: Never put a context key within the textbox shown above, this can break the page.
Note for group customers: If you are a group customer you can choose to Group Lock this context key, meaning that child site administrators will not be able to override any changes you have made to this context key. You will also need to select either:
Apply change to this site only or Apply change to this site and all child sites
7. Click Update
Additional Information
You will notice that once a context key has been filled out, it’s highlight colour will change from yellow to grey. This is how you, as an administrator, can easily tell if a context key has been completed. These values will also be populated across the entire module. This means that everywhere the context key 'Insert Location' exists, will be updated at once. Once all context keys have been filled out, the contextualisation for this particular module is complete.
Remember that general users are not able to see context keys whether they are completed or not.
If a context key has not been filled out, the user will see a place-holder value instead. In the example above the place-holder is 'Insert Location'.

Example of an Edited Context Key
You can see in the image below that the context key 'Insert Location' has now been replaced with 'the front office'. The front office text will now appear wherever the 'Insert Location' context key once appeared.
