As an administrator, you have the ability to choose which policy pages users will be able to view. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to turn the visibility of policy pages on or off.
How to Turn the Visibility of a Policy Page On or Off:
1. Select the Module that the Policy page resides in. In this example we will be hiding a policy page from with the "Welcome to CompliSpace" module.
2. Click the blue slider next to the Policy Page that you want to turn the visibility off for.

In the below example image we have turned the visibility off for "Who is CompliSpace?" and "PolicyConnect Navigation Quick Guide."
Note: If the policy page that you are hiding has child pages that sit beneath it, the below message will appear:
3. If you do not want these visibility settings to be applied to your child pages, click the blue toggle next to Apply to all child pages. If you do want these visibility settings to be applied to your child pages ensure that the toggle is blue.
4. Click OK.
5. Click the button to save your changes or click the
button to cancel your changes.
6. Select Proceed to save your changes.
7. To confirm your changes, switch back to Client User view and check that the selected policy page reflects the changes that you made.
