Administrator Buttons

Below is a list of buttons and their functions available to PolicyConnect Administrators.

	User View Clicking this icon will toggle between the administrator and client user views. This icon is located within the top menu bar.
	Update Clicking this icon will send a request to check for CompliSpace content updates. This icon is located within the top menu bar.
	Edit Clicking this icon will perform one of three functions, depending on its location. When clicked within a Quick Link section, this icon will open a Quick Link section for editing. When clicked within a Quick Link, it will open a Quick Link for editing. When clicked within a user generated page, this icon will open a User Generated Content page for editing.
	Save Clicking this icon will perform one of two functions, depending on its location. When clicked within the left-hand navigation menu, changes made to page visibility will be saved. When clicked within a Quick Link section, changes made to the Quick Link section will be saved.
	Export/Share Clicking this icon will open a menu allowing PolicyConnect Administrators to export a module or page within a module for printing or conversion to PDF, or create a public link for a page. This icon is located within the top right-hand corner of any given page.
	Deactivate Clicking this icon will perform one of two functions, depending on its location. When clicked within a Quick Link section, this icon will deactivate a Quick Link section. When clicked within a Quick Link, this icon will deactivate a Quick Link.
	Add Clicking on this icon will allow a PolicyConnect Administrator to add a Quick Link to a Quick Link section. This icon can be found as the last item in the list of Quick Links within a given Quick Link section.
	History Clicking on this icon will allow a PolicyConnect Administrator to view the version history of a Quick Link. This icon can be found within the editing bar of a given Quick Link.
	Delete Clicking this icon will perform one of two functions, depending on its location. When clicked within a Quick Link Section, this icon will delete a deactivated Quick Link Section. When clicked within a Quick Link, this icon will delete a deactivated Quick Link.
	Settings Clicking this icon will open the administrator settings screen, taking the user to the context library. This icon is located within the top menu bar.
	Revert Clicking this icon will perform one of two functions, depending on its location. When clicked within a Quick Link Section, this icon will reinstate a deactivated Quick Link Section. When clicked within a Quick Link, this icon will reinstate a deactivated Quick Link.
