The Content Dashboard enables content administrators to see which content is available in their portal. This dashboard provides content administrators with more control over their library subscriptions so they can browse, curate and adjust the visibility of content from one section within CompliLearn.

How to Access the Content Dashboard
1. Click your User Avatar in the top right
2. Select Content from the dropdown menu
Note: from this screen, content administrators have access to all content that is available to be added or removed from a portal’s Explore page.
3. Click the arrow to the left of the screen to expand the menu on the left (if it is collapsed)
4. Click My library in the left-hand menu
The My library tab contains a list of all content currently available in your Explore menu to all Learners.
How to Make Content Available in the Portal
a) Ensure you are in the Content Dashboard section
b) Click the arrow to the left of the screen to expand the menu on the left (if it is collapsed)
c) Click Go1 Content Hub in the left-hand menu
Important Note: Please Ensure that the slider next to the Auto add all to My library is switched off, if this slider is not switched off you will not be able to complete the following steps. Please see example image below for the correct slider setting.
d) Click the book icon next to a Learning Item's title
The selected learning item will now be available on your Explore menu and available to assign out to users or groups.
How to Remove Content from the Portal
a) Ensure you are in the Content Dashboard section
b) Click the arrow to the left of the screen to expand the menu on the left (if it is collapsed)
c) click My library in the left-hand menu
d) select the check-box next to the learning item's title
e) click the Remove selection from My library button
f) click Yes, please
The selected learning item will now not be available on your Explore menu and will not be available to assign out to users or groups.
