This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to log in to your PolicyConnect Platform.
To Log in to Your PolicyConnect Site:

Open a web browser (e.g. Google Chrome).

Enter your organisation's PolicyConnect URL as shown in the image below, then press the return or enter key. For this example we will be using https://policysites.policyconnect.com.au/login

Click the
Login
Button to navigate to the login screen.Note: If Single Sign-On is enabled, you will automatically be redirected through your organisation's Single Sign-On login page. If Single Sign-On has not been enabled move to the next step.

Enter your username (email address) and password (as set in your User Directory) and click the 'Sign in' button to access your site.

Click the
Sign in
button to access your site.
Please Note: If you use a shared computer to log in to PolicyConnect, the platform may remember yours or other staff members' login details. This may cause the issue of automatically logging you into PolicyConnect using the remembered login details. To fix this issue and ensure that each time you reopen PolicyConnect, you are given the opportunity to return to the sign in page, please see this guide on How to Logout of PolicyConnect.
