How to Export and Import an Entire Checklist

Assurance enables administrators to export checklists as a JSON file from one Assurance site and import the checklist back into another Assurance site. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to Export and Import an Entire Checklist on Assurance.

 

To How to Export and Import an Entire Checklist 

1. Click Checklists in the top menu

2. Click Checklists from the dropdown menu

3. Click the key next to the checklist you would like to export.

4. Click Export Checklist

5. The checklist should then appear in your Downloads folder

6. Navigate to the Assurance site that you would like to import the checklist to

7. Click Checklists in the top menu

8. Click Checklists from the dropdown menu 

9. Click the downward facing arrow next to Create Checklist

10. Select Import Checklist from the dropdown menu

11. Click Add Files

12. Select the file from your Downloads folder

13. Click Start Upload

 You should then see a confirmation message that your checklist has been imported.
