You may need to create your own Box account when you are added to a shared folder. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to create a Box account.
To Create a Box Account
1. When you follow the link to the Box folder that has been shared with you, you may see this screen:
2. If so, click the Not part of Ideagen CompliSpace button
This should take you to the Box login screen pictured below
3. Click Sign Up in the top menu
This will show you all of the plans available.
4. For the Free Individual Plan Click the Individuals and Teams tab
5. Click Sign Up
6. Enter your details in the spaces provided
7. Click Get Started
