The Telstra Health Integration Requirements
To begin the process of setting up your Telstra Health Integration you will first need to:
1. Click here to submit a CompliSpace Support Request. The Ideagen CompliSpace Service Desk will then enable this add-on and switch the applicable integration settings on.
2. Contact Telstra Health Customer Support to get your Clinical Manager set up. You can do so by requesting the following:
"Please enable the CompliSpace User on my Clinical Manager Production site."
The Telstra Health support agent may then request that you upgrade your Clinical Manager system, as the integration is only compatible with Clinical Manager V9.1.4 and up to the most recent version.
3. The Telstra Health support agent will provide you with the credentials for set up in your Assurance system. Keep these credentials safe, as you will need them further along in the integration set up process.
Please Note: The integration currently supports one incident form only.
