We are excited to announce the release of the following new features in Assurance:

Filtering Option for Reports Available in API

An additional filtering option has been created to assist users in locating reports that are available in API. You will now be able to select the filter Available in API option to narrow down your search.

 

Additional Formatting Capabilities for Reports

Content heavy reports can be hard to navigate, especially when large amounts of information are condensed into narrow columns. To address this, we have released a feature which will allow you to adjust the formatting of columns for Register and Forms reports. You will now be able to make columns wider to accommodate long text responses or to bring your users' attention to specific sections of a report. User Alert when Attempting to Submit a Public Link Form to a Sandbox Site. 

This new notification banner has been developed to alert users who attempt to submit a public link form to a Sandbox site. The notification banner will instruct the user to submit the public link form to their live site, as the Sandbox site is for testing purposes only. 

Easier Access to Recently Updated Forms

You will now be able to see the ten most recently updated forms at the top of the dropdown menu when linking forms. The release of this feature means that you will no longer need to scroll through the alphabetical list of all of your forms to find the most recently updated ones.

"Days Open" Displayed for Each Stage in Workflow

A breakdown of the "Days Open" will be displayed for each stage, so you will be able to see the number of days a form has spent at a particular stage in a workflow. This new feature will help you identify what stage a form has spent the most time in. 

QR Codes for Public Links

You will now be able to generate a QR code for a publicly linked form in Assurance. The Show QR Code option will now be available from the Public Link Settings screen. For step-by-step instructions on how to generate a QR code for a publicly linked form, please visit this guide.
