The Training Hub

The Training Hub is a one-stop-shop for administrators to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to navigate their Ideagen CompliSpace solution.

The Training Hub provides a range of self-paced e-training resources aimed at:

• getting you started with your solution
• navigating and operating your software platforms
• making sense of your legal and regulatory content
• preparing for and implementing change in your organisation

Our e-training is developed by experts, using well-established instructional design principles. Courses feature a mix of text, visuals and videos, as well as quizzes, interactive activities and real-life scenarios to embed your understanding.

How do I access the Training Hub?

You can access the Training Hub here.

As a new customer, you will be given access to the Training Hub as part of your onboarding and set up process. Your Key Contact will advise you on which courses are suitable for you to complete, based on your subscription. You may also receive some live (online) training to supplement your e-training.

If you or anyone at your organisation would like to access the Training Hub, please reach out to your Ideagen Key Contact, contact our Service Desk, or you can self-register as a learner by following the instructions here.

What Training is Available on the Training Hub?

Platform Training Awards

Platform Training Awards are a group of courses aimed at equipping you with the knowledge and skills to navigate and operate your software.

Each course is approximately 15 mins long and follows this structure:

Lets’ Get you Thinking	A story, anecdote, question or scenario to get you thinking.
Session Objectives & Success Criteria	Clear objectives setting out what you will learn in the session, with criteria for measuring your success.
What do you Already Know?	A recap of prior knowledge/ what you have already learned.
Today’s Focus	A step-by-step How to of the platform's functionality using text, images, and videos.
Apply Your Learning	A scenario for you to solve, using the knowledge you have acquired in the session.
Quiz	A quick fire assessment of the skills you have acquired, with feedback.
Homework: Consolidate your Learning	A revisiting of the success criteria, and some short tasks to get you using the skills and knowledge you have acquired in the platforms themselves.

Module Implementation Pathways are self-directed, step-by-step guides designed by our expert consultants to help you implement your legal and regulatory content. They are available per module (policy area e.g. Work Health and Safety, Policy Management, HR) Each pathway covers:

• The module purpose, inclusions and sources of obligation
• How to set-up and contextualise module content across your platforms
• How to successfully implement any changes in your organisation in order to achieve Policy to Culture
