Private Link Forms
Currently, a Public Link allows submitters who are not Assurance users to complete an online form. We have now released a new feature called Private Link that requires the submitter to sign into Assurance before allowing them to complete the online form.
You can learn more about this new feature here: What is a Private Link Form in Assurance – Support Hub (zendesk.com)
Ability to Bulk Update the Visibility of Fields on a Register Template
Currently, updating the visibility of multiple fields on a form requires individual clicks. This can be time consuming if an administrator must update numerous fields.
An administrator will now be able to select multiple fields when setting up a form's visibility via checkboxes and bulk update the visibility for the selected fields from a dropdown menu.
You can learn more about this new feature here: How to Adjust the Visibility of Fields on a Form in Assurance – Support Hub (zendesk.com)
Report Subscriptions Have Been Moved Into Their Own Queue
During periods of heavy usage, especially when many reports are being generated, Assurance occasionally experiences delays. These delays are usually the result of multiple reports sitting in the same queue. To support customers during the current reporting season, we have now moved report subscriptions into their own queue so that they do not block manual report generation requests.
Improved Readability of the Risk Rating Field
The Risk Rating field on the regular list view has now been updated to include background colours. Previously, some risk registers used yellow text for the "Medium" risk rating, which impacted readability. Please note that the exact colour used can be changed by the customer in the Risk Matrix Setup.
Improvements to History Tab Layout
The history tab has been improved to display the
Action column with two separate sub-columns; Updated and the update that was made. The inclusion of these two separate columns enables users to easily compare the previous actions that have taken place.
Ability to See Name of Base Report After Report Has Been Customised
Users will now be able to see an additional field called
Base Report under the Report Category so that they know what type of built-in report was used to customise the report. Please note that this change does not apply to reports customised prior to this release.
Updated Save and Return button to Save and Return Later
The existing Save and Return button on public link forms has been updated to
Save and Return Later. This aims to clarify for users that the information they have entered is saved but not submitted, so that they can return at a later date to submit.
