Example of an Entity with Lite User Access
A vendor may be set up as an Entity with Lite User access, in the event that the vendor accepts a service request but sends a different individual for each new job.
For Example a Fire Services Consultancy firm may send a specialist to conduct an annual inspection of fire blankets, extinguishers, and alarms. You may have no preference, or ability to select the specialist, therefore the Fire Services Consultancy firm could be set up as a Lite User Entity. They may also decide to use a generic email address so the attending specialist can respond to their assigned Task or Checklist.
Example of Contact/s with Lite User Access
An external party who provides services conducted by various staff could be set up as an Entity, with individual Contacts enabled as Lite Users.
For Example a Corporate Law Firm may provide a range of advice, with different lawyers being delegated different jobs. The Corporate Law Firm could be set up as the Entity, with the individual lawyers set up as Lite User Contacts, as they must separately respond to their assigned Task or Checklist.
