If you use a shared computer to log in to PolicyConnect, the platform may remember yours or other staff members' login details. This may cause the issue of automatically logging you into PolicyConnect using the remembered login details. To ensure that each time you reopen PolicyConnect, you are given the opportunity to sign in using your login credentials, please follow the instructions below.

To Log Out of PolicyConnect in Google Chrome:
1. Open the Google Chrome web browser.
2. Click the three vertical dots in the top right. Then click Settings in the dropdown menu. Please Note: you may need to scroll down to the bottom of the dropdown menu to see the Settings option
3. Click Privacy and Security in the left menu.
4. Select Site Settings
5. Scroll down to Additional content settings
6. Click the downward facing arrow next to Additional content settings
7. Select On-device site data
8. Scroll down to the Customized behaviors section
9. Click Add next to the option Always delete site data from your device when you close Chrome
10. Enter your PolicyConnect URL in the space provided
11. Click Add
To Log Out of PolicyConnect in Microsoft Edge
1. Open the Microsoft Edge web browser
2. Click the three horizontal dots in the top right. Then click Settings in the dropdown menu.
3. Click Cookies and site permissions in the left menu
4. Click Manage and delete cookies and site data.
5. Click the Add button next to "Clear on Exit"
6. Type in your PolicyConnect URL.
7. Check the box next to "including third-party cookies on this site". Then click Add.
