How to Hide Details about Learners in a Group

Some information about other learners and the courses assigned to the Group is available in Groups by default. This includes the full names of learners.

To hide this information from learners, please follow the steps in this guide: 

1. Navigate to the Right Hand menu (under the Avatar/initials)
2. Select 'Settings'

3. Select 'Configuration'

4. Scroll down to 'User Menus'

5. Tick the ‘Hide Groups Menu Item for Learners’ check box

6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Submit’
