Setting up your Organisation Settings are the very first thing that you do in Assurance. Please note, to perform these actions you will need to be an Administrator to access the Administration Settings.
Your logo is used in multiple places in Assurance and the emails that Assurance sends. Here are some of the uses of your logo:
- On the Sign in screen
- On the bottom left hand corner of most Assurance screens
- On most Assurance reports
- On Public Link pages

To Update your Logo
1. Click the gear in the top menu, which will take you to settings.
2. Select the organisation button in the General section.
3. Click the Upload Logo button at the top of the page. This will allow you to upload a logo from your computer.
4. Select the logo from your computer then click Open.
Please note: the maximum logo size allowed is 500K.
Once your logo has been successfully uploaded, you will be able to see it on the screen. To remove your Logo, click the red Remove Logo button at the top of the screen.
To Turn Assurance Notifications on or off
1. Click the gear in the top menu, which will take you to settings.
2. Select the organisation button in the General section.
3. Click Edit
4. Scroll down to the Notifications section.
5. Check or uncheck the boxes depending on your preferences. For example all three boxes are checked in the below example meaning that
- Notifications will be sent
- Your logo will be included in the notifications
- Notifications will be sent on import
Note: To amend any of these selections you would simply uncheck the box beside the option.
6. Click Update, once you have made your selections.
This is the master switch for Notifications in Assurance. When your Assurance site is first deployed, notifications are switched off by default. Before you go live with Assurance, please ensure that this is switched on to ensure that your users will receive notifications. If required, this is the master switch if you ever need it turned off or to check if it is turned on. The only notifications that will be sent even when Send Notifications are not switched on are the Welcome emails to Assurance users.
