Export multiple pages with or without context keys highlighted from 'Content Admin'

As an Administrator, any content in your site can be exported from the 'Settings > Export my Content' section of your PolicyConnect site.

Content can be exported with or without the Context Keys displayed, by selecting and de-selecting the 'Show Context Keys' blue toggle button, once in the Content Admin section.

All pages in a module can be selected for export or a selection of pages within the module can be selected. The export PDF will pop up straight away ready to save to your files, once you select 'Export'. 

How to export content with Context Keys selected, from 'Content Admin'

1. Click the eye to enter administrator view
2. Click the settings gear in the menu

3. Select 'Content Admin' from the left menu

4. Navigate to 'Export my Content' on the right

5. Select the slider button 'Show Context Keys' if you want Context Keys to show. You can easily de-select this and no Context Keys will display.

6. Click the 'expand' arrow to open the module you would like to export

7. Select the check-boxes on the right next to the pages you would like to export, or, click 'Select all' at the bottom of the module section to select all pages in the module.
