Note: You can only change the email address of a user who has an account across more than one portal if you are a Content administrator across all of their portals.
To edit a user's email address on a CompliLearn portal, you must have the Content administrator role and a setting switched on allowing the Content administrator to edit user emails. Please contact the CompliSpace Service Desk if you do not have this access and we will make sure the configuration is switched on in your portal.
1) Click on your initials (top right corner) and select 'Administer'.
2) Select 'Users' and click on the user name you wish to edit.
3) Select 'Edit' from the drop down next to their name.
4) Click into the Email or Name fields to edit the user's details and then click 'Save'.
The user will receive a notification via email on their original address, advising that their email address has been changed.
Please get in touch with our Service Desk if you are not an Administrator on any other portals the person may also have accounts in. We can work to get the personal email address updated for you.
