Note: Some customers have Actions and some have Tasks. They have the same functionality, but different terminology.
To run this report, find the report in your Built In Reports section on the far right of the Reporting screen
Make sure you select the blue 'Apply' button once you have added your filters.
You should also select 'Save As' on the next screen and rename the report.
In the right column, Task Category and Status are useful fields to sort your report by.
You will see in this example report that the text in the Status column has different colours. The red colour indicates the assignment is overdue.
If the task is compliant, not compliant or in progress, this will be indicated by the colour allocated to that status in your Assurance site. Note: some customers may have different terminology set up such as 'cannot do' or 'done' and status colours can also be different depending on your set up.
Some suggested additional fields to include in your report:
- Assignment Key (useful for repeated assignments)
- Change date (The date the assignment was completed)
- Comments (Comments made on the task by the assignee)
- Description (Description of the Task)
This report will also allow you to add a summary table or charts.
- Your summary can only be based on the Status of assignments
- Your charts can be based on: Person Responsible, Task Category, Task Priority

On the X axis, the key shows the colours allocated to each status.
