This article will explain the features available under the 'Overview' tab of a Group.
Learning can be added or assigned to a Group. Learning can also be easily removed from a Group.
To remove learning:
1) Navigate to the 'Overview' tab, then the 'Assigned' tab
2) Select the three dots on the learning and select 'Remove from group'
Note: If any users have not progressed past the 'assigned' status on the learning, the learning will be removed from their profile. Those 'In Progress' can still continue to complete the learning, unless you unpublish the content (if it was built on your portal).
We suggest exporting a report before you remove the learning from the Group.
Edit the due date:
1) Navigate to the 'Overview' tab, then the 'Assigned' tab
2) Select 'Edit due date'
3) The system will allow you to edit the due date of the content and this will apply to all outstanding assignments for that content. This will send a notification of the updated due date to the people who have an outstanding assignment to complete.
If you select 'Manage' instead of 'Edit Due Date' you are able to edit due dates for individuals. See this how to guide.
