How to Create an Index List of all Policies in PolicyConnect

To create an index list of all policies in PolicyConnect follow the instructions below:

1. Click the eye in the top menu to enter Administrator View.

2. Click the Gear in the top menu bar to enter Settings.

3. Select the Content Admin option in the side menu.

4. Select the EXPORT MY CONTENT tab.

5. To create an index that includes all modules. Tick the checkbox next to the Select All TOCs option.

6. Click the EXPORT SELECTED TOC button to generate the index in a PDF format.

7. To create an index that includes only selected modules, tick the checkboxes next to the relevant modules.

8. Click the EXPORT SELECTED TOC button to generate the index in a PDF format.

Please note: selecting a module will automatically include all the pages within that module. This feature limits your selection to the module level, meaning you cannot choose individual pages to include or exclude in the index.
