The cause of the issue was an automated and standard maintenance task of our hosted environments which we were not expecting any impact from, however resulted in an unexpected networking error affecting some SSO logins.
We detected this error via our monitoring early this morning and begun work to resolve. The issue was resolved by 10:20 am. Our Devops team is working to ensure no further impact for future tasks.
