If you want to set up individual Register entries/Forms with different end date notification settings within the same Assurance template, you can do so using the Settings section on the right side of the Record.
Notifications Before End Date allows you to modify how long before a record/form is due to end that notifications are sent out. You can change the frequency by ticking the Repeated check box. If you want no notifications before the end date click on the Bin button.
Selecting Notifications After End Date allows you to change the frequency of notifications that are sent out after the end date. You cannot remove end date notifications.
These settings will only appear if the end date field is added to the Assurance template.
