Star Filters allow you to save commonly used filters on most list screens in Assurance. They will save you time when you search by commonly used filters. You can:
- Combine multiple filters to create a star filter
- Set a star filter as the default filters for when you come back to that list screen
- Set star filter by each user for themselves on each list screen.

Creating New Star Filters
To save a Star Filter, after you have added the filters you want, select on the ★ button underneath the filter bar then select New ★ Filter:
You will need to give your Star Filter a Name and then select Create.
Accessing Your Star Filters
You will now see the Name of the Star Filter you have just created above your filter bar.
Even if you clear the filter, you will be able to access it again by selecting the ★ button and select ★ Filters and the name of the filter.
To view the list of all your Star Filters for this list screen click on the ★ button and select ★ Filters.
Searching for Star Filters and Setting a Default Star Filter
You can search for any Star Filter you created for this list screen, and select them by choosing on their name. To set or change your default Star Filter, click on the ellipsis to the right of the Filter and select Set as Default. Now whenever you return to this list screen, the Star Filter will be applied by default.
Deleting a Star Filter
You may also delete a Star Filter by selecting Delete from the ellipsis.
Note: To change the filters that make up a Star Filter, simply Delete it and Create a new Star Filter.
