The Reports Dashboard allows PolicyConnect Group Administrators to view, filter and export user usage information across all sites within a group structure.
Accessing the Report Dashboard
2. Click on the icon in the top menu bar.
3. Click on the 'Report Dashboard' option in the left-hand navigation menu.
Reviewing the Results
Within the Report Dashboard page, you will be presented with a list of sites within your group. By clicking on the icon on the right-hand side of a given list item, you may view the user usage report for the selected site.
The report table contains four columns.
- The 'User Name' column displays the name of a given user.
- The 'Email Address' column displays the email address of a given user.
- The 'User Role' column displays the access level of a given user.
- The 'Login Time (AEST)' column displays the time and date that a given user logged in to the site. These results are displayed in Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Filtering the Results
Usage report results may be filtered to assist in locating the information you are looking for.
The 'Filter by Email' search box allows you to search for a report on a specific user by entering their email address.
The 'Filter By Date' option allows you to select a date or range of dates to display results from.
Clicking on a date once will filter results to the selected date only. Selecting an additional date will filter results to display reports within the range of your first and second selection.
The 'Last Login Only' checkbox may be toggled on or off to hide or display previous login reports.
Exporting Results
User usage reports may be exported and downloaded as CSV spreadsheets.
To export usage reports for all sites within your group, click on the 'Export All' button.
To export usage reports for a specific site within your group, click on the 'Export' button within the site report panel.
