There is no need to create an account to access the support articles or log a request through the CompliSpace Support Hub. If you do choose to create an account, you will be able to follow topics, be advised of updates and also keep track of any requests you have submitted.
To create an account, click on ‘Sign In’ in the top right corner.
This will bring up the Sign In pop up where you can login if you have already created an account or:
- If you have not contacted the CompliSpace Service Desk since June 2021 click on ‘Sign up’ next to 'New to CompliSpace Service Desk?' and enter your name and email address and you will receive an email to set your password.
- If you have contacted the CompliSpace Service Desk since June 2021 you will already have an account and just need to create a password. To do this click on ‘Get a password’ next to 'Have you emailed us?', enter your email address and you will receive an email to set your password.
If you forget your password you can click on 'Forgot my password' to be sent an email to reset it.
