Retire Checklist Assignments in Bulk
Now it is easy to swiftly retire checklist assignments when they are no longer relevant, so that your staff are not notified to complete the assignments. The assignments can be re-activated if they were to become relevant again.
Checklist assignments can now be retired in bulk by Full Users who have access to bulk actions (or Super Users).
This feature allows any number of checklist assignments to be retired through one action using the bulk actions spanner icon. This negates the need to go into each individual assignment to retire them one by one.
To un-retire the checklists, select the master checklist key and un-retire from the Assignments tab.

Managing Documents Enhancements
It is now possible to make a document publicly downloadable from the upload screen, rather than after upload. This will allow the document to be downloaded by anyone, wherever it is uploaded.
After uploading your document, the next screen is now called Edit Uploaded Documents.
Here you can edit the Title, Description, and you can also switch Public to Yes or No from this screen as well.
