Content Updates
CompliSpace will periodically release updates to the learning content contained within your CompliLearn subscription.
We understand you may have users/learners in a range of statuses when these updates come through.
The following information will help guide Content Administrators.
When an update is made to content that you are subscribed to this update will automatically appear in your portal, unless advised otherwise.
There will be no impact on completion reports for your staff if they have already 'Completed' these courses or are yet to ‘enrol’.
However, if a staff member is currently ‘Enrolled’ for these courses, they will need to be re-assigned the course.
To re-assign the new version of the course to learners who are in the not started, in progress and completed status, see how to re-assign learning.

None, user maintains existing record. Existing record is overridden if the learner re-enrols. |
User could re-enrol in new version however once completed this will become their current record for this course. |
User is In Progress on previous version (therefore, enrolled) |
User stays enrolled to the previous version. |
User can be re-enrolled in the updated version. However, once re-enrolled, completion will show up twice in the user account profile. |
User is Enrolled in previous version (Not Started status) |
User continues to be enrolled in and completes previous version. |
User could re-enrol in new version however once completed this will become their current record for this course. Previous record will be archived – Not visible on user profile. |
User is Assigned to previous version |
User will be given automatic access to the updated version |
