How to Use the Manage Page for Standalone Learning Items - Interactives, Videos and more

The Manage interface is available for standalone learning items as well as Courses. It is not available for Awards, but you can use Manage for the Courses/learning items that are part of the Award.

You can use Manage to assign, re-assign, edit or delete learning assignments and see how learners are progressing in their learning at a glance. See here for more information. 

Access Manage from the three dots on the learning item card to open up a list of options (...).

The three dots are available via the learning resource card when accessed from:

• Any learners dashboard, by selecting Manage from the list of options on the learning resource card

• The learning resource card accessed from the Explore library by selecting Manage from the list of options on the learning resource card

• If using Groups, you can select Manage from the learning item card that has been assigned to the Group 

When you select Manage using any of the above methods, this will open up Manage for you to see every assignment for that learning item. Selecting the learning item directly will take you to that learning item so you cannot access Manage this way.
