The Manage feature in CompliLearn allows Content Administrators to efficiently manage their staff's assigned learning.

When could I use 'Manage'?
The manage feature can be used:
- to track and send your learners reminders of due dates.
- to apply due dates for selected individuals.
- to report on staff's progress within selected learning items/courses.
- If you have new staff who have recently been assigned a learning requirement such as the Code of Conduct via a Group, however, you now need older existing members of the Group to complete the learning again. You could then use Manage to only reassign this learning to those who require a reassignment.
- To see when the individual/s were assigned that learning.
- To see who assigned the learning.
- To see the due date at a glance .
How to Update Due Dates via the Manage Page
1. Click Groups in the top menu.
2. Select the group that you want to reassign learning to.
3 Find the course that you want to make these changes to.
4. Click the three dots next to the learning and select Manage from the dropdown menu that appears.
5. To update the due date for all learners select the blank checkbox next to Name or to update the due date for individual learners select the blank checkbox next to the individual's name.
6. Click the three dots at the bottom right of your screen and select Edit Due Date.
7. Use the drop down menu to select the due date whether be in 1 month, 10 days or you can select a calendar date by choose the date option.
8. Click Update.
9. The selected learner/s will receive an email notifying them of this updated due date.
How to Reassign Learning via the Manage Page
1. Click Groups in the top menu
2. Select the group that you want to reassign learning to
3 Find the course that you want to make these changes to
4. Click the three dots next to the course and select Manage from the dropdown menu that appears
5. To update the due date for all learners select the blank checkbox next to Name or to update the due date for individual learners select the blank checkbox next to the individual's name.
6. Click the Reassign button in the bottom right of the page.
7. Use the drop down menu to select the due date whether be in 1 month, 10 days or you can select a calendar date by choose the date option.
8. Click Reassign.
9. The selected learner/s will receive an email notifying them of this reassigned learning.

How to Assign learning via the Manage Page
1. Click Explore in the top menu.
2. Find the learning that you want to assign.
3. Click the three dots next to the learning, then select Manage from the dropdown menu.
4. Click the Assign button in the top right.
5. Select the learner/s that you want to assign learning to, if you want to select all learners in the list select the blank checkbox next to the number of learners or if you want to select an individual learner click the blank checkbox next to their name. You can also Click the Groups tab to assign the learning to a group.
6. Click Continue.
7. Use the drop down menu to select the due date whether be in 1 month, 10 days or you can select a calendar date by choose the date option.
8. Click Assign.
9. The selected learner/s will receive an email notifying them of this assigned learning.

How to Send Custom Notifications to Learners
1. Click Explore in the top menu.
2. Find the learning that you want to assign.
3. Click the three dots next to the learning, then select Manage from the dropdown menu.
4. Click Assigned in the left menu
5. Select Overdue/Not Passed/Not Started/In Progress depending on who you want to send notifications to.
6. To send custom notifications to all the learners in your selected section, click the blank checkbox next to Name or to send custom notification to individual learners select the blank checkbox next to the individual's name.
7. Click the three dots in the bottom right.
8. Select Email Learners.
9. Type the subject and message in the blank spaces provided, as you would with a normal email.
10. Click Send
